《Making a telephone》Teaching Design

    设计理念:
    设计力求贴近生活经验和实际问题,注重真实性,以人为本,创设情景,注重双向交流与互动,让学生在“演中说”“说中创”,在整个活动过程中,积极主动参与,自主发展,大胆实践,勇于创新,培养学生的创新思维和实践能力,提高学生的口语交际能力,达到学以致用的目的。
    教学目标:(Teaching aims)
    1.To ask the students to learn and grasp the skill of making a telephone and train students' oral communication competence.
    2.To learn to use the expression of polite.
    3.To train students' create competence and cooperate consciousness.
    教具:(Teaching aids)
    videorecorder、many telephone sets.
    教学过程:(Teaching procedures)

    一、Talk and arouse the enthusiasm, song to guide

    1.T :Good morning, everyone. Do you like the song of making a telephone?Please listen.
    2. T: Did you make a telephone? Who was it? How did you make?
Think over then report in groups.
    3. Point out:
    (1) If you make a telephone ,you must know the telephone number of the opposite side.
    (2) The content must be cleared and it's short and is polite.
    (3) After you stir the number, if you hear the short and busy sound “du” “du”, this show the opposite side is using the telephone wires. Please wait a moment to use it again.

    二、To set up situation, to layer train

    1.Set up situation
    Boys and girls, I'll have an English class this afternoon .I need a nice doll .Mr. Wang of our school has one. I want to ring him up and ask him bring the doll here. Who can help me? If who speaks best,I'll ask someone to make a telephone, OK? Mr. Wang's telephone number is 6622358. Please think over how to make a telephone.
    2.Individual prepartion
    Please pay attention to use the polite way. For example: “How do you do ?” “Please ask…””Thanks very much.” “Goodbye” etc.
    3.Discuss each other in groups.
    The teacher guides around the class.
    4.Practice in pairs (one acts students the other acts Mr. Wang)
    To ask the students change roles and the teacher gives them help. At last choose one from each groups.
    5.Act
    To act it out in turn and choose the best players.
    6.Creative action Suppose to appear many situations maybe when we make a telephone and act it out.
    Suppose:
    (1) Mr. Wang is at home, the opposite side isn't Mr .Wang.
    (2) Mr. Wang isn't at home, but it is needed to know for him.
    (3) When they make a telephone, the doll isn't at home.
    (4) When they make a telephone , nobody is speaking.
     T :Let's think over if we have the method to solve it.
    7.Sum up

    三、Conto with life ,expand and deepen

    1.Look at the videorecorder and present the demands If you meet these things how to make a telephone? Pay attention to the telephone number and what to say. eg: “Patients' Save” “Fire”“ Traffic Accident”.
    2.Discuss in groups
    Choose one or many kinds of situations to express their ideas
    3.Act
    4.Sum up
    Homework: Make a telephone each other.
    评价:在这堂课教学活动中,教师是参与者、帮助者、指导者,学生学习的主体地位得到了充分的体现。学生的任务是开放的。一堂课教师始终把学生当作口语交际学习的主人,训练的主体,积极创设打电话情景,使学生在较为真实的语境中锻炼口语、笔头能力,合作意识和交流能力得到较好的培养。同时注重创新学习。在掌握了打电话之后,又专门设置对话障碍,加大口语交际难度,目的是培养学生学会多渠道解决问题的能力,训练学生的创新思维和口语交际的灵活性。
